E-NEXCO Wi-Fi SPOT

E-NEXCO Wi-Fi SPOT is a free public LAN (Wi-Fi) service that provide
Wi-Fi access at expressway service areas and parking areas.

  • Access Wi-Fi services from the three NEXCO companies using just one account.
  • No time or access frequency limitations apply to this service (*1).
  • Users can reconnect to the service without logging back in if within a 12-hour period (*2)
  • Use the service inside the facilities at Wi-Fi-enabled service areas and parking areas.
  • The Wi-Fi service login screen is available in five languages: Japanese, English, Korean, simplified Chinese, and traditional Chinese.
  • You can use this service via an account from a previous service if that account is still valid.
    • The service must be used during the facility's business hours.
    • The length of the 12-hour period in which re-login is unnecessary may change without notice.

First-time setup

  1. 1.Enter a valid service area or parking area

  3. 3.①Read and agree to the Terms of Service
    ②Tap "Login with e-mail address"

  4. 4.Tap "Registration"

  5. 5.①Input your E-mail address
    ②Tap "Confirm"

  6. 6.You will be sent an e-mail containing your Password

    The e-mail will be sent from an ＠sbwifi.jp address. This service uses the SoftBank Corp. system. Thank you for understanding.

  7. 7.①Return to the login page and input Login ID(E-mail address) and Password
    ②Tap "Login"

  8. 8.①Input "Gender", "Age", and other information
    ②Tap "Submit"

Once your registration is complete, you can begin using the service.

Your account will be valid for 14 days. After this period, repeat the registration process to create a new account.
